Initially set to release in late 2022, They Cloned Tyrone is a forthcoming film on Netflix. A science-fiction mystery film in which a trio of oddities finds themselves drawn into a series of strange events that lead them to discover a sinister conspiracy lurking right under their noses. Fontaine, a local drug dealer, is shot by his rival dealer Isaac and is shocked to find himself safe when he wakes up the next morning. He begins researching the incident with Slick Charles and Yo-Yo, and their investigation eventually directs them to a large underground block where a government-supported facility is conducting experiments on the provincial black people.

They Cloned Tyrone was initially set to be released in 2022 and also featured in Netflix’s Original movie preview video of 2022. Due to some reasons, now the movie will hit Netflix on July 21st, 2023, globally. The teaser was released on September 24th, 2022.

The upcoming sci-fi film is headed by three of Hollywood’s brilliant actors. Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is playing the role of Slick Charles. Jamie is known for his excellent work in films Django Unchained, Ray, and many more. Slick Charles is a procurer of prostitutes. John Boyega, is known for his work in the latest Star Wars movies playing the role of Finn. John is playing the role of Tyrone Fontaine. Tyrone is a local drug dealer and the center of the plot of the movie. Slick Charles and Tyrone Fontaine are close acquaintances. The explosive cast is joined by Teyonah Parris who is known for her work in Mad Men, White People, and WandaVision. Teyonah Parris is playing the role of Yo-Yo and works for Slick as a sex worker.
The filming of They Cloned Tyrone took place in Blackhall Studio in Atlanta and Cape Town, South Africa.
